任天堂早就向外界声称，表示在2006年年底将会有62款游戏可在Wii游戏主机上得到通用，而这些游戏包括：

《棉球方块历险记：来自香酥蟹堡店的生物》(SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab)
《Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaich 2》
《激情卡车》(Excite Truck)
《快乐大脚和比利&曼蒂大冒险》(Happy Feet and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy)
《萨尔达传说：曙光公主》(Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
《疯狂美式橄榄球07》(MADDEN NFL 07)
《漫画英雄：终极联盟》(Marvel:Ultimate Alliance)
《怪物四驱：世界巡回赛》(Monster 4X4 World Circuit)
《狂暴：完全破坏》(Rampage : Total Destruction)
《雷曼：疯狂兔子》(Rayman Raving Rabbids)

另外，还有一些大家都比较熟悉的游戏也预计在2007年上半年在Wii游戏主机上得到通用，例如，《超级马里奥：银河》(Super Mario Galaxy)和《银河战士3：堕落》(Metroid Prime 3: Corruption)。Wii还将支持单层，或是双层标准(12cm)的Wii光盘和迷你型(8cm)的GameCube游戏光盘。
